Let’s start your photo story

For all communication, I typically use my email: helcom56@gmail.com. This ensures that everything is clearly outlined and that we are on the same page. I do my best to respond to messages as quickly as possible.

• Turnaround Time

Edited photos are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after the shoot (excluding the day of the session). Please note this timeline does not apply to weddings, which may require additional processing time.

• Contract & Pricing

You will receive a contract that outlines all the key terms and conditions. Most of the important details are also listed in the price list.

• Editing Style

My editing style is focused on natural retouching and true-to-life colors. By booking a session and viewing my portfolio, you agree to this aesthetic. I do not alter body shapes during editing.
As for locations, I do not edit every image. For selected best shots, I may remove distracting elements like litter or people in the background if needed.

• RAW Files

I shoot in RAW format, which is not compatible with iPhones and takes up substantial storage space. I do not provide RAW files. Only the best images from your session will be selected, fully edited, and delivered in high-quality JPEG format.

• Exclusive Buyout License

This license means you get full or nearly full rights to use the photo. Once purchased, the image can be permanently removed from sale and will no longer be available to others. One-time purchase price is $150.

• Special Moments

For important moments, such as proposals, I may record a short video using my phone, which is attached to my camera. Please note that this footage is not professional video, but a candid capture for your memory.

• Deposits & Cancellations

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is non-refundable if the shoot is canceled within one week of the scheduled date, as I reserve that time specifically for you and begin preparing by researching ideas and references.

• Photo Storage

I store your photos for approximately one month after delivery. Please make sure to download and back them up to multiple devices or cloud storage services to ensure they are safely preserved.
